1. General Conditions Due to the digital and customized nature of the services provided, refunds will not be issued once the project has started.
2. Cancellations If the client decides to cancel the service before work has begun, they may request a refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable administrative fees.
3. Ongoing Projects Once the design or development process has started, refunds will not be granted, as time and resources have already been allocated to the project.
4. Exceptional Cases In exceptional situations, AliDesign will review each case individually.
